Auto Shop Receptionist (“Provider”) will furnish the Client with a custom AI-powered phone receptionist designed specifically for automotive service businesses. The service includes but is not limited to:

Dedicated business phone number

AI-powered answering 24/7

Call routing

Customized shop details, pricing, hours

English & Spanish call handling (if desired)

Call logs & analytics

Our Monthly Service Plans have a usage limit as out lined bellow,

☐ Plan A Starter: Includes 1,000 minutes of usage

☐ Plan B Regular: Includes 2000 minutes of usage

☐ Plan C PRO: Includes 3,000 minutes of usage and integration

Minutes include all inbound calls answered by us.
Overage minutes may be billed at the Provider’s standard rate of $0.25 / minute unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1. What This Service Is

Auto Shop Receptionist provides an AI-powered phone answering service for auto repair businesses.
It answers calls automatically, provides basic information, captures caller details, and helps with appointment requests.

You understand this service is powered by artificial intelligence, not a human receptionist.

2. Important AI Disclosure

We take extensive steps to configure, monitor, and improve the AI receptionist to ensure reliable performance. However, as with any automated system, rare issues may occur.

You understand and agree that, in limited circumstances:

  • The AI may occasionally misunderstand a caller or provide an incomplete or incorrect response

  • A call may be missed, misrouted, or handled in an unintended way

  • An appointment request may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not properly recorded

For this reason, you agree to periodically review call activity and manage your business operations accordingly, and not rely solely on the AI for critical decisions.

3. No Guarantees

Auto Shop Receptionist is built and operated with the goal of providing reliable, professional call handling, and we take reasonable steps to deliver consistent performance. However, because results depend on many factors outside our control, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Accordingly, Auto Shop Receptionist does not guarantee:

  • The accuracy of every call or message

  • That every caller will result in a booked appointment

  • Any specific increase in revenue or business results

  • Customer satisfaction or behavior

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

4. Release of Liability (Key Section)

By using this service, you agree to release Auto Shop Receptionist from all liability, including for:

  • Missed or mishandled calls

  • Incorrect information given to customers

  • Booking errors or scheduling issues

  • Lost business, lost revenue, or customer complaints

  • Any damages caused by AI errors or system issues

You agree that Auto Shop Receptionist is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the use of the service.

5. No Lawsuits or Claims

You agree not to sue, file claims, or seek damages from Auto Shop Receptionist for issues related to:

  • AI behavior or mistakes

  • Customer interactions

  • Business decisions made based on AI calls

This applies to direct, indirect, or consequential damages.

6. Your Responsibility

You agree that you are responsible for:

  • Reviewing call activity and messages

  • Verifying appointment requests

  • Making final decisions for your business

The AI is a support tool, not a replacement for business judgment.

7. Billing, Term & Cancellation

  • Service is month-to-month

  • Billing occurs monthly

  • You may cancel at any time

  • No long-term commitment

8. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of monthly service fees within the first 30 days.

  • Refunds are limited to amounts paid for service

9. Phone Numbers

Any phone numbers provided by Auto Shop Receptionist remain owned by Auto Shop Receptionist and are not transferable after cancellation.

10. Acceptance

  • You understand the service relies in part on artificial intelligence and automated systems

  • You accept the inherent risks of AI-based communication, including occasional errors

  • You are responsible for providing accurate instructions, testing the service, and monitoring performance

  • You release and hold harmless Auto Shop Receptionist from any claims arising from AI behavior or automated call handling

  • You agree to be bound by these Terms of Service
